Yes. Our Raw Wildflower Honey is unfiltered and unheated, gathered from wildflower meadows across Punjab. Nothing is added and nothing is processed out — it's exactly as it comes from the hive.

Cold-pressing is a traditional, slow extraction method that never heats the seed or fruit. Our Coconut Oil is extracted from fresh coconut and our Mustard Oil from premium mustard seed this way, which locks in natural aroma and nutrients that heat and chemical processing would otherwise strip out.

No. Every product is made in small batches with no additives and no shortcuts — just honey and oil, nothing else.

Raw Wildflower Honey comes in 250g, 500g, and 1kg. Pure Coconut Oil comes in 250ml, 500ml, and 1L. Pure Mustard Oil comes in 500ml and 1L. Exact current prices for each size are shown on the Products page.

Keep honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — it doesn't need refrigeration. Store the oils in a cool spot away from heat sources and keep both tightly sealed after opening. If you have a specific storage question, message us on WhatsApp and we're happy to help.

We're based in and focused on Lahore, and we ship to other cities across Pakistan via courier. Delivery within major cities typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and remote areas 5 to 7 business days. We don't currently offer international shipping.

Delivery is free across Lahore on orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders below that threshold, and orders outside Lahore, carry a standard delivery fee shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation, then delivered by courier — 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 7 business days for remote areas. You'll get a notification with tracking details once your order ships.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan — you pay the courier when your order arrives at your door.

Yes, within 24 hours of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Perishable goods, opened or partially consumed products, and sale or discounted items can't be returned. We'll happily replace anything that arrives defective or damaged. Once a return is approved, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference, and typically take 10 to 15 days to process.
